Financial Services Group | Group Facilities Manager | Multi-jurisdiction (frequent international travel)   A strategic, high-impact role leading Opera’s global office estate—balancing workplace excellence, cost control, and delivery of major office projects across eight jurisdictions and beyond.   Responsibilities will include:

  • Shaping and delivering a Group-wide workplace strategy aligned to growth, headcount and brand standards
  • Leading end-to-end office projects (search, lease negotiation, fit-out, relocation and consolidation)
  • Overseeing day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality environments across all offices
  • Managing budgets, suppliers and leases, driving cost efficiencies and best value across the estate
