Join a globally connected insurance and risk advisory business in Guernsey in a highly visible role as a Client Leader - Captive & Insurance Management where you would be leading sophisticated captive client relationships and delivering strategic, value-driven solutions.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to take ownership of complex captive programmes, act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to drive service excellence, growth, and long-term client value.

Our client is open to providing opportunities for the right candidate requiring a permit to work in Guernsey

Responsibilities include:

Leading the overall relationship and engagement strategy for a portfolio of captive insurance clients, acting as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders.
Coordinating internal specialists across insurance, reinsurance, broking, risk, and related service lines to deliver integrated, high-quality client outcomes.
Driving account planning, stewardship, profitable growth, and value realisation across captive and wider risk financing solutions.
Using data, reporting tools, and internal systems to monitor performance, enhance service delivery, and support strategic client conversations.

This role will suit someone who is commercially minded, relationship-led, and confident operating at senior level. You should posses excellent communication and presentation skills, strong coordination and leadership ability, and the credibility to act as a trusted advisor across complex client environments.
