This role offers the chance to advise on complex, high-quality contentious and regulatory matters for a broad range of financial services, corporate, fiduciary and private client clients, within a high-performing and supportive offshore legal team.
Responsibilities include:You should possess a qualification from a Commonwealth jurisdiction together with a strong academic background and a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, ideally within the 5–10 PQE range. In addition you should have experience in contentious regulatory matters, with knowledge of financial crime, sanctions and AML-related issues, excellent drafting skills, technical legal ability and commercial awareness.
