A leading professional services provider is seeking an Assistant Manager, Pensions to join its growing pensions administration team in Guernsey in a role that combines technical pensions administration expertise with team leadership and client relationship management responsibilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator ready to take the next step into management, or for an existing Assistant Manager looking to further develop their career within a supportive and professional environment. 

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the administration of local and international pension schemes, ensuring accurate maintenance of member records, benefit calculations and pension payments.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with pension scheme members, clients, banks and investment managers.
• Supporting the day-to-day management of the pensions administration team, including workload planning, prioritisation and delegation.
• Assisting with new business implementation, onboarding new clients and coaching and developing junior team members.

You should have previous experience in pensions administration and a strong understanding of pension scheme operations, member services and regulatory requirements. Experience supervising or mentoring colleagues would be highly advantageous.
