Are you numerical, process-driven and looking to develop your finance career away from a client-facing environment? Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join its Corporate Actions team in a fully internal, back-office position.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with one to four years’ experience in banking, operations, investments, securities, funds or transactions who enjoys accuracy, structure and learning new processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and maintaining corporate action events, records, files and diary systems.
• Processing shareholder events and checking instructions, holdings, cash movements and entitlements.
• Completing reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and escalating issues appropriately.
• Learning specialist banking and custody systems while supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge across the team.

You should be:

• Comfortable working with numbers and data
• Analytical and highly attentive to detail
• Process-driven and comfortable following structured procedures
• Keen to learn about corporate actions, investments and banking
• Able to manage deadlines and prioritise your workload
• Confident learning new systems and technical processes
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
