An established international investment business is seeking an inquisitive Transaction Support Administrator to join its Guernsey Funds Administration team on a flexible contract of at least 12 months.

You will provide fast-paced support across live private equity transactions, working with international deal teams, lawyers and financial institutions on investment documentation, regulatory filings and corporate KYC.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing responsive support across live private equity transactions, coordinating with transaction teams, in-house legal colleagues, external lawyers, banks, notaries and other professional advisers.
• Preparing, reviewing and coordinating investment and transaction documentation, including board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, closing sets and agreements.
• Supporting corporate KYC and AML requests for portfolio companies and investment structures, including bank onboarding, periodic reviews and the maintenance of accurate due diligence records.
• Assisting with international regulatory filings and transaction processes while arranging Investment Committee meetings, preparing minutes and ensuring documentation is completed accurately within demanding deadlines.

The role would be particularly well suited to a paralegal or someone with equivalent legal, company secretarial, fund administration or corporate services experience. Previous exposure to private equity transactions and corporate KYC or AML processes would be advantageous, although familiarity with every regulatory regime is not essential.
