Responsibilities will include:
Lead, coach and develop a team, supporting technical excellence and career progression.
Oversee complex fund and corporate portfolios, delivering strong governance and responsive client service.
Drive operational efficiency, financial performance and improvements to processes and technology.
Build client and intermediary relationships, supporting pitches, proposals and commercially sound pricing.
You’ll bring substantial Jersey funds experience, strong real estate expertise and a proven record of leading teams at senior management level.
Sound regulatory knowledge, commercial judgement and a relevant professional qualification meeting JFSC Category A requirements, or an appropriate equivalent, are essential for this opportunity.
