An exciting career opportunity has arisen at this leading international insurance company for an experienced Customer Services Administrator to join the Guernsey operation. The purpose of this role is to support the day to day function of the Customer Services department.

Main responsibilities include
* To provide help and guidance on a range of company products and funds
* To perform initial AML/CDD reviews of client documentation
* Maintaining a high standard of service and a good working relationship with customers and business introducers
* Being responsible for the resolution of enquires and customer concerns

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a customer focused role, within a financial services environment, as well as strong AML/CDD knowledge and confident Microsoft Excel skills.
