As well as specialising in senior recruitment for the Guernsey market, Sophie oversees the day-to-day operations for running the OSA office. During her 19 years with OSA, she has helped hundreds of candidates with their careers, from working with junior candidates when she first joined to the more senior/executive candidates she helps today. Sophie has seen a great deal of change throughout her years at OSA but what has remained the same is the relationships that she builds with candidates and clients and the satisfaction that she achieves when she makes that perfect placement!

Belinda says: ‘My passion, having worked in recruitment for quite some time, is meeting and helping people with career guidance. Success is knowing that organisations recruit people and not just CVs, so I like to take time to work through the ‘ideals’ on both sides before making introductions. Knowing that it can be difficult to find that perfect match for both sides at the right time, I apply reasonable creativity when coming up with solutions for you. I am definitely not a promoter of the square peg/round hole scenario.’
