The successful applicant will also cover the day to day work required to co-ordinate all company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes for board meetings and shareholder meetings along with a variety of other tasks.
We are looking for confident candidates who have the ability to liaise with clients and intermediaries at all levels. Relevant experience is required and support for professional study is encouraged.
