Back to ResultsA great opportunity for a dynamic personality to join and support the fast-paced finance function for a well established, multi-award winning commercial business headquartered in Guernsey.
Operating within the finance operations team, you will be supporting the Financial Controller and work closely with the Accounts Administrator to deliver against the needs of the finance operations function.
Responsibilities will include support work with reporting (sales report, debt report), reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card income, other income and receipts, lead on audit fieldwork, coordinating with Auditors and ensure information is passed to them, support external reporting requirements such as VAT returns, preparation and delivery of year end accounts to the auditors, be an escalation point for issues pertaining to Finance operations and support the drive to improve credit card and expenses process, review and coordinate the national statistic reports and ensure all are submitted within the agreed timeframe.
Candidates should have experience in comparable finance team roles and should be a part/fully qualified accountant (AAT, CAT, CIMA or ACCA).
