The purpose of this role is to work closely with business leaders and line managers to diagnose people priorities, create people plans, and help implement people approaches aligned to strategic objectives.
The role holder will also support the development and implementation of frameworks, policies, procedures, and practices which ensure delivery of the people strategy, including colleague communications, recruitment, training, development, succession planning, performance management, culture and employee engagement, compensation, benefits and health and safety.
Candidates will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent professional and/or vocational qualifications/training/accreditation in Human Resource Management, have knowledge of generalist Human Resource practice, knowledge of how to build a strategy and an ability to influence, engage and work in partnership with senior stakeholders.
