The purpose of this role is to provide administration to the Client Relationship team primarily in relation to the administration of retirement and savings portfolios, to ensure that administration requests are processed accurately and to support the Client Relationship team with the client portfolios.
The role holder will have a supervisory responsibility for two team members, ensuring performance management requirements are maintained as well as continual training and meeting team targets.
Candidates will ideally have two years’ experience within the finance industry and some form of staff supervisory experience is desirable.
Communication skills are key to this role as is the ability to work efficiently.
