The purpose of this role is to provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders in the development of talent strategies, workforce planning, recruitment approaches and organisational structures in the Guernsey business. This includes the development and delivery of people focused cultural change initiatives and employee engagement action plans to ensure expected behaviours are embedded for leaders and team members and support future business strategies and aligned outcomes. Lead the establishment and delivery of learning, employee development, career planning and leadership programs.
Candidates should have a strategic HR or business strategy qualification, proven experience in a similar HR role within a professional services environment and excellent knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
