The purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient support, within the Human Capital function, to the CI firm (Jersey, Guernsey and Alderney), with a focus on recruiting staff at all levels to meet the needs of the business. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Areas of responsibility will include experienced hire recruitment, trainee recruitment, dealing with work permits, visas and licences and onboarding.
Candidates should have previous HR experience, with a focus on recruitment / talent acquisition.
The role can be based in either the Guernsey or Jersey office and slightly reduced working hours may be considered.
