Back to ResultsThis first class financial institution is looking for a candidate with proven experience in corporate governance, relationship management, corporate secretarial or board servicing to join their Guernsey team.
You will be responsible for building relationships with the client/fund Boards & Non-Executive Directors, developing a thorough knowledge of the client, constitutional documents and any bespoke requirements and co-ordinating and ensuring the smooth delivery of service to client Boards.
We would like to receive applications from individuals who hold at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, who can demonstrate a professional judgement and attitude in all aspects of their work. Legal (fund/corporate) experience would also be useful but is not a prerequisite.
This is a fast paced, busy role and as such requires a dynamic, focussed and highly professional candidate.
