Back to ResultsA leading local legal firm is seeking an Executive Assistant with relevant qualifications and experience to join the Guernsey team on a full-time, temporary basis.
The successful applicant will work as part of the firm’s support team, delivering a high standard of legal secretarial services primarily for the Corporate and Commercial practice area. You will be responsible for typing/formatting legal documents (audio and copy typing), handling client telephone calls, making client appointments and managing lawyers’ diaries.
The ideal candidate will have a recognised secretarial qualification (eLegal Secretarial Diploma, OCR Stage II/III) OR a minimum of 5 years’ secretarial experience gained, within a legal or financial services environment. You will also hold GCSE English Grade 9 - 4 (formerly A*- C), and be confident and articulate with strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
