The successful individual will join a team that manages their own portfolios consisting of both individual clients and large corporate structures. As a Senior Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of the various clients within your portfolio, which may include client onboarding, establishment of charitable trusts, company incorporation, processing of transactions and all day-to-day corporate secretarial administration through the life cycle of an SPV to its dissolution. You will be expected to support the growth and development of the Administrators and Trainees on the team, delegating work appropriately and providing training as required.
