This role is pivotal in the success of the claims function in supporting to manage and heading up a first class claims service delivering excellence and efficiency in claims handling.
Responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the operation of the team ensuring that service delivery targets are met, the compilation and distribution of management information and acting as the first point of contact in monitoring, logging and reporting.
