An exciting opportunity within a small team in the Jersey office of this leading, independent offshore bank and trust company which has a global presence.
The role holder will be a key member of the Client Services team, to support the business and ensure high-quality service is provided to all clients.

Responsibilities will include working with relationship managers to ensure a cohesive approach to client on-boarding, reviewing and validating KYC documentation, performing KYC screening on existing clients, identifying and escalating any adverse reports, completion of enhanced due diligence searches and addressing queries raised by both relationship managers and clients in relation to on-boarding, and other KYC related matters.

Candidates should have the ability to prioritise workloads and work to agreed deadlines, whilst also contributing to the team as a whole and the ability to accept change and give feedback on new and developing processes and an understanding of Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
