As the largest Capital Markets administration team in Jersey, the team consists of two teams of Administrators and an Accounting team. The team is experiencing growth across all sectors of the client book and as such are recruiting to support this growth.
The role holder will join a team of specialists in all things debt capital markets, from standalone note issuance SPVs, to multi programme issuers, including asset backed securities, synthetic securitisation and structured finance across a variety of jurisdictions.
As a Senior Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of the various clients within your portfolio, which may include client onboarding, establishment of charitable trusts, company incorporation, processing of transactions and all day-to-day corporate secretarial administration through the life cycle of an SPV to its dissolution.
You will be expected to support the growth and development of the Administrators and Trainees on the team, delegating work appropriately and providing training as required.
