Back to ResultsA great senior opportunity with an independent and privately owned Guernsey regulated family office which provides fiduciary and family office services to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. This is available on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities will include taking a lead role in the on-boarding of new client and third party relationships; compiling source of wealth and expectations documents; assist with ensuring tax advice and legal advice is relevant and appropriate; ensuring new or existing business is within risk appetite; member of the New Business sub-Committee; assist in the implementation of automated risk assessment processes; take a lead role in the organisation, participation and management of the risk committee (a sub-committee which reports directly to the board) and take a lead role in developing, implementing and managing bespoke management and monitoring plans; manage an effective sanctions and screening programme.
Candidates should ideally have 10+ years of professional experience in the finance industry within a compliance, legal or governance role; held a prescribed position for at least 3 years; holds a relevant qualification such as ICA;
strong technology background; well-organised and able to multi-task and keep track of various deadlines and an enthusiastic and hands-on approach.
