Manager – DHS, Guernsey

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity

for a General Manager to join DHS in Guernsey,

part of the Wolseley Group. DHS is a leading

trade merchant specialising in heating,

bathroom systems, tiles, and more. We’re

seeking a driven and experienced General

Manager to lead our branch, supported by

Wolseley, one of the UK’s top merchants with

over 500 locations.

Position: Full-Time | Competitive Salary +

£5,500 Car Allowance + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team,

fostering a high-performance culture.

• Identify and capitalise on new business

opportunities to drive revenue growth.

• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations with a

strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Oversee the branch’s financial performance,

including budgeting and cost control.

About You:

• Proven experience in a managerial role

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities

• Results-driven, with a focus on customer

service and operational excellence

• Excellent communication and

relationship-building skills

• Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to a

fast-paced environment
