Duties will include meeting and greeting all visitors, answering and transferring phone calls internal and external including clients, setting up and clearing of meeting rooms eg. coffee, water etc., assisting with booking, amending, and cancelling of meeting rooms as required and preparation of outgoing post and Couriers if/as necessary.
