This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong financial background, looking for growth and development, to drive strong portfolio performance by driving the strategy and insight across the business, optimising pricing and product propositions.
You will create insights, working closely with the Managing Director and Commercial Director to drive decision making. You will own various Board sub- committee’s and feed into the main Board. You will also lead a team of direct reports to drive profitability and governance across scheme broker distribution channels.
Ideally you will be CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified. You will have strong commercial acumen, ability to interpret statistical data and an understanding of the local insurance market. You will have a natural curiosity and desire to drive a business forward. You will have the ability to inspire high performance through excellent stakeholder management skills. You will have confidence in challenging the status quo, leading change and adapting at pace.
