This role will be cover; recruitment and selection; sitting on the first interview of all candidates as the HR management representative; providing offers of employment and candidate feedback; advising on staff matters including employment legislation, employee relations and wellbeing, performance and absence management; relocating staff to Guernsey including supporting on accommodation searches, setting relocation allowances, applying for permits from the Population Management Portal and liaising with immigration; overseeing the Graduate Development Programme; overseeing the training programme; dealing with amendments to terms of conditions and advising on internal policies and procedures; facilitating the leavers process including conducting exit interviews and actioning feedback.
