The role holder will provide an efficient, professional support service to customers enquiring about purchasing, products and services, including Mobile and Residential services.
In addition, duties will involve managing a customer waiting list so all customers are seen by a member of the sales or support team, and ensuring all customers have a clear understanding of how long they may have to wait to be seen.
