Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a dedicated Payments Administrator to manage the processing of payments for a range of clients, including a large student accommodation structure and private client transactions such as fee payments and distributions. This role is full or part - time and requires strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure accurate and timely processing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Job Duties: Process payments accurately and efficiently for various client structures. Handle private client payment transactions, including fees and distributions. Monitor and verify payment details to ensure compliance with regulations and client instructions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes. Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies in the payment process. Job Requirements: Previous experience in payments processing or a related financial role. Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant software and systems for payment processing. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in payments is desirable.
