The Director of Finance will be responsible for leading the Finance function and supporting the successful delivery of the firm's financial and strategic objectives. They will be a commercial leader in the business who is expected to contribute to growth and development, financial control, and will work alongside other Business Services Heads.
The Director of Finance will act as a true business partner to the management of the firm to include the assessment of performance and protection of the business assets. Key accountabilities will include:
• Working with senior management to understand, monitor and consistently improve financial performance to include profitability, efficiency and working capital management.
• Developing financial awareness through key performance indicators and timely financial information.
• Managing cash flow and forecasting activities to develop reliable cash flow projections and enhance the cash position of the Firm.
• Providing leadership and management to the finance function to ensure all team members are aligned to the priorities of the Firm and mentor and coach individuals as necessary.
