The People Business Partner Organisational Effectiveness will work closely with the CPO, Senior Leaders and People Partners to co-design and implement People strategy that aligns with Company objectives, driving employee engagement and fostering a high-performance culture.
This role will leverage data and analytics, talent management expertise and change management skills to implement people solutions that enhance productivity, support growth and improve organisational health.
Candidates should be degree level educated or equivalent professional and/or vocational qualifications/training/accreditation in HRM, CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent, project management skills/ experience, the ability to influence, engage and work in partnership with senior stakeholders and previous leadership experience.
