A great opportunity for an administrator at a Channel Island based Insurance brokers.
Responsibilities will include answering incoming calls from clients and external suppliers in a professional manner,
collate and file literature accurately, collect premiums and process accounts, data entry / scanning of insurance documents, dealing with renewals and helping to change existing policies, electronic filing of correspondence, provide professional customer service and advice to clients, both face to face and via telephone, provide quotations, adjustments and handle renewals using standard personal insurance products where appropriate and research policies from different insurers.

Candidates should be highly organised with a professional approach to client service. Previous insurance experience is desirable however not essential.
