Responsibilities will include making sure the office maintains a professional appearance at all times, respond to all visitor enquiries, support the Reception Team with room set--up and take down on a daily basis, support the logging of all Post and Courier items, support planned and reactive maintenance activities including chaperoning external vendor operatives and monitor Helpdesk queries.
