The purpose of this role is to maintain the airline fleet in a clean and presentable condition, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure policies and procedures are consistently correctly applied and supervising each relevant team to ensure the best possible service is delivered to the business and its customers.
Areas of responsibility will include monitoring the quality of cleaning, monitor and review storage facilities for cleaning products and all duty-free products, ensure that shifts are covered to the right level, manage staff issues including welfare, engagement, performance, and discipline, ensure that staff are properly equipped with personal protection equipment and that it is used as appropriate, ensure compliance with Flight Supplies regulations, conduct audits of all aspects of the department to ensure standards of work are consistently applied and ensure Duty-Free stocks are always maintained.
Candidates should have a proven history of good leadership, a clean driving licence and the ability to work flexible hours.
