The successful candidate will ideally have company secretary experience, excellent administrative, IT and communication skills and have an eye for improving manual processes.
Responsibilities will include annual registration processes in accordance with GDPR as well as other statutory record keeping, attending meetings and taking formal minutes as well as other parts of Board meeting administration and also offering general administrative assistance to the senior team as required.
