An interesting opportunity for an experienced HR professional in a commercial organisation based out of town.
The Human Resources Advisor will be accountable for delivering an effective and efficient Human Resources service to the business, by supporting the relevant HR Business Manager and HR Administrator in enabling the achievement of both operational and HR objectives.

They will be responsible for providing advice and administration support across the full range of HR activities, working collaboratively with Managers and colleagues to promote best practice and to ensure fair and consistent application of policy, procedure, and process across all businesses.

This is an interesting role - fast paced with loads going on in terms of leavers and joiners, disciplinaries, performance management and projects.

Candidates should be experienced HR generalists with experience of working at HR Adviser level previously with at least 3+ years’ relevant HR experience and a strong track record of dealing with a wide variety of employment relations matters and be confident in dealing with Disciplinary, Grievance and Capability, and Attendance Management cases.

The hours are 25 per week. Ideally working Mon, Tue and Fri afternoons with other hours spread flexibly.
