An exciting opportunity with a global superyacht industry leader with business lines in sale and purchase, new construction, charter and yacht management, with branches catering to clients in all the major international locations. It has an outstanding client list and a focus on providing the highest quality levels of service.
The purpose of this role is to: provide the Company and its clients (Owners and Captains) with an efficient service to employ crew in compliance with applicable regulations, process crew payrolls accurately, perform HR related activities e.g. issuing employment agreements and related documents, support the bookkeeping team with the preparation of invoices to request funds from the Owner of each yacht at the appropriate time each month, follow up as necessary to ensure there will be sufficient money to pay the crew on the due date.

Our ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1 year relevant experience, be a self-starter and have good communication skills.
