This is an extremely varied and pivotal role and the successful applicant will be responsible for driving business results through the continuous development of the store team and to optimise the management of the store and online boutique in terms of image, product and operations all whilst providing the optimum in terms of customer service.
Other responsibilities will include back office duties including bookkeeping, ordering, marketing and events organising.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a can do attitude, initiative and a willingness to embrace new ideas and opportunities together with strong organisational and time management skills, confidence and efficiency in liaising with suppliers and customers, and have an aptitude for resourceful and creative problem solving.
Contribution to the creation and fostering of a dynamic environment, enhancing team spirit and promoting teamwork are also incredibly important to the success of this role.
