Back to ResultsThis is a great opportunity for someone with a positive energy, an engaging personality, customer service skills and a team spirit to join a Commercial Property Management Team at a highly regarded Estate Agency.
The role holder will be required to deal with provide a full Property Manager service from reporting to the client to dealing with the tenants / residents and the day-to-day property management of office buildings, mixed use sites, residential apartment blocks / complexes including the common areas, gardens and car parks etc. This will involve providing efficient and accurate administrative day to day management.
The successful candidate will have a diverse skill set, including the ability to build relationships, assist in growing the business portfolio of managed clients, deal with and co-ordinate tenants / residents and contractors.
A minimum of three years minimum property management experience is required as well as good understanding of service charge budgeting, reporting and forecasting and preferably a MRICS qualification.
Some flexibility with regards working pattern may be available.
