This is a split role comprising Residential Lettings Negotiator and Residential Property manager and the role holder will be assisting the team in both areas.
The Residential Lettings side will include: the initial appraising and subsequent marketing of property for rental, conducting viewings, completing all tenancy documentation, and lease administration and lease renewals, together with carrying out Property Management duties but within residential properties.
The successful candidate will have a diverse skill set, including the ability to build relationships, assist in growing the business portfolio of managed clients, deal with and co-ordinate tenants / residents and contractors.
Candidates should be an excellent relationship builder to establish trust and credibility and the necessary skill to be able to communicate with a diverse client base.
Some flexibility with regards working pattern may be available.
