The role holder will be required to deal with the day-to-day property management of office buildings, mixed use sites, residential apartment blocks / complexes including the common areas, gardens and car parks etc. This will involve providing efficient and accurate administrative day to day management, working alongside the hardworking team.
The successful candidate will have a diverse skill set, including the ability to build relationships, assist in growing the business portfolio of managed clients, deal with and co-ordinate tenants / residents and contractors.
Candidates should be an excellent relationship builder to establish trust and credibility and the necessary skill to be able to communicate with a diverse client base.
Some flexibility with regards working pattern may be available.
