The role holder will lead and drive strategic projects, including operational changes, and digital platform integrations within the financial services sector. Utilise advanced project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement to align initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless delivery.
Candidates should have experience with leading project management teams within the finance or professional services industry at a senior level; be a digitally savvy individual who enjoys exploring and leveraging technology to improve work processes, drive efficiencies, and who has a commitment to continuous self-learning; strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all organisational levels; extensive experience managing end-to-end implementation of new digital systems and platforms, from concept through to go-live, with a track record of successful delivery and advanced proficiency in change and project management methodologies, including both waterfall and agile frameworks.
