A prominent local commercial business, based out of town is looking for an organised Administration Clerk to join their busy finance team.
The Shared Resource Administrative Clerk supports the Payables and Revenue Finance Officers (PFO/RFO) by maintaining accurate and verifiable financial and management accounting records related to the businesses revenue and expenditure streams.

The role involves supporting with key finance functions, including revenue reconciliation, invoice processing, account reconciliation, and credit control. You will be processing invoices and revenue refunds, and ensuring debtor accounts are current as well as holding responsibility for balancing month-end reconciliations and addressing queries from stakeholders. The role also includes maintaining process documentation to strengthen internal controls and providing audit support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration or finance support, strong organisational and data entry skills and a a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
