An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic commercial organisation comprising various distinct businesses, each with its unique operations and objectives in a pivotal position.
The Operations Coordinator role is a multifaceted position that plays a crucial role in overseeing the inner workings of the business and ensuring that business operations are organised and efficient.

Responsibilities are extremely varied and will include the input of project data, capture accurate minutes of meetings and distribute them promptly, ensure agendas are prepared and circulated in advance of meetings, assist in invoice processing and financial documentation, ordering materials and issuing purchase orders, arrange delivery of materials, coordinate quotations, stock control, personal assistance to Directors, client point of contact for enquires to name a few.

Candidates should have a proven understanding of labour and job scheduling, excellent communication skills, first-class organisational skills, the ability to deal with clients expectations and experience gained from within a maintenance sector organisation would be beneficial.

Travel to Jersey will be involved, roughly once per month for 2-3 days at a time.
