Responsibilities will include managing and developing strong relationships with new and existing corporate customers, be the primary contact for client enquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction, own, identify and pursue opportunities with targeted customers and new business opportunities, own the corporate customer risk assessment, periodic reviews and on-boarding in a timely manner and to a high standard and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry best practices.
Candidates should ideally have proven work experience as a corporate relationship manager or a similar role in the banking industry, degree level education or equivalent professional experience in Business / Banking with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to analyse, understand and assess risks and opportunities and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
