The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Company has a comprehensive and effective system to monitor and report to the board on matters relating to compliance, internal risk, regulation, legislation and controls and to ensure that the Company and its licensee companies meet their legal and regulatory requirements in relation to its underlying obligations.
The role holder will act as the Company’s Money Laundering Compliance Officer & Data Protection Officer (“MLCO” & “DPO”). To support the board of directors and administrative staff by providing regulatory and operational compliance advice and guidance. To manage compliance staff and the Deputy DPO where applicable and to provide the development and roll out of the Company’s compliance strategy in co-operation with the board, and to draft and assist with the implementation and updates of policies and procedures.
Candidates should have suitable experience and qualifications to be able to carry out this position.
