Back to ResultsThis independent global specialist in trust, corporate and fund services is looking to further strengthen its local Guernsey team through the appointment of a Senior Manager.
The purpose of this role is to manager the day to day operations of the Fund Services business in Guernsey, ensuring a high-quality service is provided to all clients. As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high- quality professional team capable of delivering the highest quality service within an appropriate risk and control framework.
You will be expected to work closely with the Head of Funds Operations, Guernsey in delivering the strategic vision for the funds services business and will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and the seamless implementation of new funds business.
Significant operational knowledge of all aspects of pooled investment funds (dealing, pricing, AML, investor reporting, accounting etc.), having a solid background in fund administration / fund accounting with an excellent understanding of the regulatory environment in which regulated funds operate and experience of various different fund types (corporate, trust, LP, PCCs etc), preferably with exposure to numerous jurisdictions including Guernsey.
Candidates should have experience of dealing with detailed Compliance and Risk issues within a business environment; experience of dealing directly with 1 or more fund regulators would be an advantage and a good understanding of AML principles as they apply to pooled investment funds (clients and investors).
