As the Legal, Risk & Compliance Manager your primary role is to support the Director for In-house Legal, Risk and Compliance (“the Director”) in ensuring that Legal, Compliance, Risk and Corporate Governance risks and requirements are identified, managed and monitored. This is a mid-management role, having to ensure that legal and compliance guidance are handed down to different operational teams, and to collect and report management information to the Director. Your key focus is to support the Director with ensuring the Company is fully compliant with legislation, the regulatory rules and regulations, and to ensure internal policies and procedures are fully maintained in accordance with such.
The successful candidate will be studying or have a qualification in the legal or compliance field with experience in a Compliance related role. Including experience of relevant software applications, relevant experience/knowledge, database management, the legislation, Compliance related policies and procedures.
Slightly reduced or flexible working hours will be considered.
