The Business Assistant will work within a professional administration team and be able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of the company, its employees, and its departments.
The Business Assistant is the first point of contact for both telephone and onsite visitors and will be expected to deliver an outstanding level of customer service. Other duties will include arranging client and corporate events including liaison with hospitality industry, arranging travel, transport and accommodation, minute taking, although attendance at Board meetings will not be required, there will also be occasional administrative tasks such as manning reception. In addition, the role holder will get involved with internal communications, and generally supporting the business.
This role would suit a junior PA, someone with a Customer Service background or a dynamic individual with energy! Candidates should be self-starters who are proactive and can think on their feet. This is a busy role and the individual needs to be organised and able to effectively multitask.
Slightly reduced hours may be considered.
