Associates in the financial services law practice enjoy a varied working day, providing legal advice relating to corporate and commercial law, investment funds, banking and regulatory matters. You will work as part of the team providing a full range of legal services to the clients of the financial services law group.
This will entail supporting the partner(s), working with senior associates and paralegals and taking appropriate responsibility across a variety of finance and corporate matters; ensuring delivery of a high quality, timely and professional service to meet clients' needs getting involved in a full range of activities aimed at driving the growth of the practice.
The postholder will be NQ/junior level with a PQE of 0-2 years, a UK/Guernsey recognised legal qualification is preferred and have good knowledge and experience of banking, corporate/commercial and/or regulatory work and compliance regimes.
