A fantastic opportunity to join the IT team at an award winning law firm with multiple offices.
The job holder will provide first line technical support to the business.

Responsibilities are varied and will include providing physical support for the Guernsey office, ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Helpdesk, providing end user 1st support, maintaining a customer service ethos within the Helpdesk team, communicating issues and changes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Candidates will ideally have a couple of years experience in an IT department and will require an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff problems, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues.

The working hours will be 8am – 4pm / 10am – 6pm on a shift rotation.
